As we continue to develop Marine & Offshore activities, join our organization as a Commercial Product Manager. Ideally based in La Défense (Courbevoie - 92), France; other locations may be considered.

Role & Main Responsibilities

Within the MarCom Department, you act as the link between product development, market demands, and the commercial strategy.

Your focus is on participating in the development and management of products aligned with the company's commercial objectives to stimulate growth in market share, revenue, and customer portfolio expansion.

In collaboration with market managers, marketing, communication teams, and technical teams, you will implement the commercial strategy for products to ensure successful project management.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Product Management: Manage product lifecycle from conception to market launch and performance, ensuring alignment with Marine & Offshore’s commercial strategy.
  • Product Development: Manage development projects and collaborate with technical teams to develop or relaunch products efficiently.
  • Market Analysis: Work with Market Leaders and Zones to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to craft product narratives and promotional strategies; work with Sales for effective market entry.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain and optimize a balanced Marine & Offshore product portfolio.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis tools to support product decisions, track performance, and improve processes.
  • Innovation: Support the development of new products leveraging emerging trends and technologies.
Requirements

Master's degree in business or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management within the maritime industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools (CRM, BI) and project management tools (JIRA).

Fluent in English, with strong skills in sales techniques, project management, strategy, and decision-making.

Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and a passion for commercial innovation are essential for cross-functional collaboration.
