Role Overview

We are seeking a proven and experienced commercial professional to build, support, and scale Adyen’s partner ecosystem, a key driver of our growth. The role involves working with partners across e-commerce, point-of-sale, system integrators, and digital agencies in various verticals such as retail and hospitality.

The focus is on identifying and cultivating new partners within the local market, as well as strengthening existing relationships. You will collaborate with our commercial teams to align with our country-specific goals and ambitions.

What you’ll do
  • Monitor local market trends, supporting emerging partners and collaborating with market leaders;
  • Develop and nurture commercial relationships with diverse partners;
  • Coordinate with the wider partnership team to maximize local impact;
  • Drive partner recommendations and referrals to generate new business;
  • Negotiate service partnership models, including revenue sharing and joint go-to-market plans;
  • Promote the Adyen solution and energize employees at partner companies;
  • Represent Adyen at partner events to showcase our solutions;
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, SDRs, and account management teams to capitalize on opportunities.

  • You possess an extensive network, are energetic, proactive, with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • You have deep knowledge of the local market and can devise innovative strategies to meet country goals;
  • You prioritize team success over ego and enjoy collaborative work;
  • You have a proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship;
  • You are an engaging storyteller with excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling propositions;
  • You have 5-10 years of professional experience;
  • You are willing to travel up to 30% of the time;
  • You are fully proficient in French and English, both written and verbal.
