Job Description

Commercial / Sales Partner (commission / equity) for a new European-scale B2B experiential concept — blending well-being, culture, creativity, professional development, and connection.

The concept : To offer companies (leaders / teams) bespoke, immersive experiences (workshops, mini-programs, thematic days) designed based on their goals / needs - strengthen cohesion, leadership, energy, and internal culture, etc.

Status : Launch stage

Market research done, concept validated, project launched (brand, website, etc.), providers / workshop hosts identified, and acquisition active in FR, BENELUX, DE, Nordics, UK.

Pricing models and strategy are in place, with sales in pre-launch phase and a demo event planned for autumn.

Goal : To become a European / global reference in corporate team and leadership experiences.

You : A dynamic senior sales profile based in Paris to lead the commercial side across Europe (B2B enterprise sales - one-off and subscriptions). Ideally with international experience, a strong HR / major enterprise network, entrepreneurial mindset, motivated, people-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable working autonomously and proactively.

Compensation :

1. For the right senior partner: Immediate commission + equity with standard vesting / cliff.

About founder : 18 years of global brand, marketing, digital, publicity, and community expertise in agencies as well as director-level roles with Marriott and Paramount. Experience across EU / APAC / Americas / Asia.

Requirements

  • Paris-based senior B2B enterprise sales profile (one-off & subscriptions).
  • Lead the commercial function across Europe; comfortable in launch-stage / start-up context.
  • Fluent French and English; other languages = bonus.
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, proactive, people-oriented and empathetic.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Strong HR / major-enterprise (incl. CAC40) network preferred.
  • Comfortable with a commission + equity model (note : not a salaried role).

Additional Role Details

Your Role - Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, office managers). Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients. Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business. Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner. Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients.

Ideal Candidate - Freelance agent commercial / sales or experienced B2B sales profile. Experience working with large corporate clients. Background in HR / services, events, wellness, or creative industries is a bonus. Bilingual English / French (other EU languages are a plus). Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients. Based in Europe, preferably Paris.
