Redstone Private Banking Search is seeking a Senior Mortgage Officer for a leading Private Bank in Geneva. The successful candidate will advise clients on mortgage options and manage credit requests, bringing at least 10 years of experience in this field. A relevant university degree is required, and a notarial or legal background is highly desirable. Candidates with strong customer orientation and team collaboration skills are encouraged to apply.

Redstone Private Banking Search are leaders in the global provision of search solutions for the international private banking and wealth management markets. With coverage of a wide variety of Private Banks, Boutiques, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Fund Managers and Investment Houses, Redstone Private Banking can offer tailored search solutions in a changing industry.We are working with a leading Private Bank in Geneva looking for a Senior Mortgage Officer with strong experience in international commercial and residential deals.Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Advise the Bank’s Private, Institutional and Corporate Clients on commercial and residential mortgage options, working with the front and middle office teams to facilitate tailored lending solutions.
• Preparation and control of credit requests/reviews according to credit competencies along with the implementation and monitoring of the credit decisions taken.
• Independent identification and analysis of financial figures and reports with a focus on selected markets.
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. legal counsels and appraisers.
• Role reports into the Global Head of Mortgages.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• University degree in a relevant field and/or education in business or finance. Higher financial education (CFA/AZEK) would be advantageous.
• Notarial or Legal background is a strong asset,
• At least 10 years of working experience as a credit professional.
• Team player, ability to work with various stakeholders having outstanding customer orientation and service-orientation.
• Prioritization and organization skills are essential; strong commitment, resilience, and flexibility as well as a motivated personality are expected , very good computer skills (Work, Excel, Power point, Avaloq).
