Job Title

Commercial Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care

Job Summary

Play a key part in the commercial success of the UKI Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) business by leading tender processes, developing relationships with key partners, and providing data insights to support the business.

Your Role
  • Responsible for growing relationships with framework partners (NHSSC, SBS, HTE).
  • Ownership of the SRC Trust and Framework Tender process, ensuring delivery that exceeds expectations.
  • Involved in Transformation initiatives, Strategy deliverables, and Weekly Management KPIs.
  • Collaborate with pricing and finance teams on commercial policies and pricing strategies.
  • Support Account Managers with ad hoc business and commercial requirements.
  • This role is home-based with travel to customers in UK&I and to Farnborough, Hampshire.

Candidate Profile

You’re Right For This Role If You Have:

  • Experience managing accounts or framework providers, especially within the NHS.
  • Proven track record managing tender processes through full lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen including negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize multiple tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data clearly for diverse audiences.

A standard DBS check is required due to healthcare environment regulations.
