Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the achievement of local financial business targets (Sales, Margin, Profit, WC, etc.) and other non-financial targets.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies based on company goals and market trends aiming to accelerate growth.
- Pursuing new business opportunities and identifying and managing commercial risks.
- Lead and coach the nationwide sales team to achieve their sales objectives.
- Monitoring the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
- Lead annual price increases and negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and develop team performance through training, coaching, and career development.
- Initiate and lead projects to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in B2B with minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to manage change and complexity with strong analytical and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to personal development and talent management.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial / budgeting processes.
- Fluent in French and English.
