Qualifications

• 5 ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste juridique commercial dans le secteur technologique.
• Capacité prouvée à gérer des négociations de contrats de manière autonome.

Your Job

As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will be directly reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) who is establishing the legal function at Sparteo. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit with the goal of growing within the position and contributing to the structuring of Sparteo's legal department.

To specify

• Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts independently.

Ensure contract compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline our contractual process by improving efficiency and reliability.

Implement a data-driven approach to monitor the contract database and provide management with key contractual data points.

Update contract templates and internal procedures based on legal developments.

Legal Advice and Risk Management

Provide strategic legal advice to internal teams minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

Identify and assess potential legal risks using advanced data analysis.

Implement procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Assist in managing contractual disputes and collaborate with external lawyers if necessary.

Participate in conflict resolution to proactively update our templates based on dispute resolution experience.

Your profile for this job

• 5 years of experience as a legal commercial specialist in the tech sector; experience in Ad Tech or in the digital Ad industry is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage contract negotiations autonomously.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on autonomy and initiative.
• Data-driven and performance-oriented approach.
• Agile and pragmatic problem-solver in a dynamic environment.
