Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director within the Commercial Department, and working closely with operational teams, your role will be crucial in developing your geographic sector. You will identify new business opportunities through market analysis and implement strategies to develop your portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects, ensuring business growth.
  • Manage, develop, and control all activities related to pharmaceutical distribution within your sector (growth targets for revenue, profit margins, credit management).
  • Promote a wide range of services and product lines (dermo-cosmetics, generics, white line) in synergy with our sales networks.
  • Represent the company and promote its image among pharmacists and healthcare professionals (universities, laboratories, professional bodies).
Profile

Higher commercial education with at least 3 years of negotiation and sales experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and/or distribution (e.g., GMS, GSA, GSB).

You are dynamic, adaptable, have excellent interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You are a strong negotiator, persistent, customer service-oriented, and ready to take on challenges in a sales role.
