Mission
Prospecting BtoB
  • Identify and qualify prospects
  • Conduct prospecting campaigns via phone, email, or LinkedIn
  • Manage a client portfolio
  • Schedule qualified appointments to present training offerings
Presentation and advice
  • Understand prospects' needs regarding professional training or apprenticeships
  • Present programs and remote training modalities offered by H3 Campus Online
  • Advise companies on funding options (apprenticeship, professionalization contracts, etc.)
Follow-up and closing
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with recruitment services for apprenticeships
  • Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales
  • Participate in contractual agreements and funding dossier preparation
  • Monitor training needs in target sectors
Profile
  • Significant experience in BtoB prospecting and sales, ideally in training or business services
  • Mastery of remote sales techniques (phone, video, email, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to understand HR and training challenges of companies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening ability, and capacity to build relationships remotely
  • Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills in a freelance setting
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, challenge-oriented, and performance-driven
  • Interest in education, training, and digital sectors
