Located on the edge of the Parc du Château de Versailles, in a lush green setting, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles Trianon Palace offers guests 199 rooms and suites in the Trianon Palace ***** and its Pavillon ****. It features a brasserie restaurant La Véranda, the Bar galerie, a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Gordon Ramsay, lounges, conference centers, a fitness center, and a luxurious Guerlain Spa.

The main mission of the Sales Director is to manage and structure the sales, marketing, and event strategy (C&E - Conferences and Events) to develop outsourced revenues. The goal is to ensure revenue growth by developing partnerships, optimizing sales strategies, and increasing the company's visibility.

Main Missions:
Commercial Strategy and Sales Development:
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy aligned with the company's vision.
  • Set and manage sales objectives, considering revenue outsourcing issues.
  • Identify and develop new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle and ensure the achievement of commercial targets.
Conferences & Events (C&E):
  • Design and implement an event strategy aligned with commercial goals.
  • Manage the organization and marketing of events to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate with partners and sponsors to enhance event profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust offerings accordingly.
Marketing & Communication:
  • Define and oversee the marketing strategy to support growth objectives.
  • Supervise communication and branding campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to enhance online presence and lead generation.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate marketing and sales effectiveness.
Performance Management and Steering:
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and refine strategies as needed.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams for success.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.
Required Profile:
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in luxury sales management, particularly in C&E, sales, and marketing.
  • Extensive experience in managing outsourced revenue streams.
  • Strong negotiation skills, partnership development, and key account management.
  • Expertise in sales strategies, digital marketing, and event communication.
  • Analytical skills to drive performance and optimize ROI.
