Located on the edge of the Parc du Château de Versailles, in a verdant setting, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles Trianon Palace offers guests 199 rooms and suites in the Trianon Palace ***** and Pavillon ****; a brasserie restaurant La Véranda and its Bar Galerie; a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Gordon Ramsay; lounges and conference centers for events; a fitness center; and a luxurious Guerlain Spa.

The main mission of the Sales Director is to manage and structure sales, marketing, and events strategies (C&E - Conferences and Events) to develop outsourced revenues. The role involves guaranteeing revenue growth through partnerships, sales strategies, and enhancing the company's visibility.

Main Missions:

Commercial Strategy and Sales Development:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy aligned with the company's vision.
  • Set and manage sales objectives, considering outsourced revenue issues.
  • Identify and explore new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle and ensure achievement of commercial goals.

Conferences & Events (C&E):

  • Design and execute an event strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Organize and market events to maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate with partners and sponsors to enhance event profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends to adapt offers proactively.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Define marketing strategies aligned with growth goals.
  • Manage communication and branding campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to improve online presence and lead generation.
  • Implement tools to analyze and measure marketing and sales effectiveness.

Performance Management and Steering:

  • Analyze sales performance indicators and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve success.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.

Required Profile:

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in luxury sales management, especially in C&E, sales, and marketing.
  • Extensive experience in managing outsourced revenues.
  • Strong negotiation, partnership development, and key account management skills.
  • Expertise in sales strategies, digital marketing, and event communication.
  • Analytical skills to drive performance and ROI optimization.
