A leading gaming solutions provider is looking for a Senior Director of Systems in France, responsible for overseeing sales and customer management for casino management systems. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in technical sales related to software or systems, with a strong understanding of casino operations and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in French is desired. This position requires travel within Europe and to the global head office in Las Vegas.
The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers and manage the teams that support existing customers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-Suite decision makers and demonstrate a natural ability to help customer partners realise value and efficiency from their investment in L&W’s products and services.
Candidates coming from an ERP background would be well suited to this role.
Travel required to our offices in Nice & Barcelona (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel Las Vegas (global head office)
