Job Description

We are seeking a talented Commercial Development Manager for France to drive growth by expanding customer accounts, segments, and territories. You will assess and map markets, develop strategic plans, and pursue new opportunities using prospecting, social selling, and digital sales tools. You will independently lead expansion efforts, build relationships, and deliver tailored proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify target areas and assist in developing a target account game board with cross-functional teams.
  2. Sales Support and Strategy Execution: Support strategies to penetrate new markets, focusing on revenue and customer acquisition, collaborating with the team.
  3. Social Selling and Customer Outreach: Use social selling techniques to engage potential customers, build relationships, and generate leads.
  4. Account Research and Target Identification: Use tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and gather information for tailored sales pitches.
  5. Performance Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate expansion efforts and support decision-making.
  6. Market and Competitive Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in Luxury or Apparel sectors with a focus on expanding customer accounts and revenue. Management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; French and Spanish are a plus.
