Vous serez en contact quotidien avec divers acteurs du secteur de la formation, avec des cycles de vente courts. Ce rôle exige une expérience solide dans le domaine digital et des compétences en prospection et négociation.

Description du poste

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Your main mission will be to actively contribute to the development of our commercial activity.

You will be in daily contact with training organization directors and acquisition managers. Through relatively short sales cycles—around two months—you will engage with various organizations such as training centers, VAE support centers, skills assessment centers, and outplacement firms, among others.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the company's commercial activity.
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Manage your client portfolio independently.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with group policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Report on your activity.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a two- or three-year higher education degree (Bac 2/3) and have at least 5 years of experience in the digital field.
  • A solid understanding of the training sector and its key players would be a strong asset.
  • You have a strong interest in digital technologies, allowing you to stay at the forefront of industry innovations.
  • With excellent prospecting skills, you are able to identify and seize new opportunities with determination.
  • As an experienced hunter, you also possess a strong team spirit.
  • You demonstrate great adaptability and enjoy taking on challenges.
  • You channel your energy into excellence daily, showing kindness and curiosity.
