Companies use pyannoteAI to enhance transcription accuracy, power speech synthesis and dubbing, streamline real-time processing, and build the next generation of voice applications.

We’re now looking for a Commercial Associate to help us scale our sales operations and bring pyannote’s voice intelligence to more customers around the world.

Your Role

As Commercial Associate at pyannoteAI, you’ll play a key role in the growth of our business.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and the sales & marketing team to identify high-potential leads, nurture customer relationships, and support the execution of our commercial strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious deep-tech startup at an early stage and learn how to build and scale go-to-market in a frontier AI space.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a driving force behind pyannoteAI’s commercial growth and learn first-hand how to scale a go-to-market engine in one of the most exciting deep-tech startups in Europe.

You’ll focus on two core streams:

1) Demand generation —

You’ll tap into a unique growth engine: a community of 100,000+ open-source users, thousands of new users every month, and dozens of inbound leads from the website, HF and GitHub.

You’ll help identify and qualify high-potential prospects, craft messaging by vertical and geography, and build repeatable campaigns that turn developer interest into qualified opportunities. You’ll also help set the foundations for future sales hires — and teach them how it’s done.

In parallel, you’ll lead outbound efforts in the priority markets we’ve identified, reaching out to strategic accounts to accelerate adoption and expand our presence.

2) Driving our GTM function —

You’ll support the sales pipeline from first touch to signed deal.

As you ramp up, you’ll take full ownership of your own deals — from sourcing to closing — and support our early commercial customers.

Who You Are

  • You’re ambitious and want to rise faster than would be possible in a ‘normal’ career. You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.
  • You’re entrepreneurial and excited to help build a business from the inside.
  • Structured and organized — you’re good at juggling multiple tasks and keeping things moving.
  • You have a first experience that demonstrated your ability to sell — ideally in a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment.
  • You’re eager to learn fast — especially about AI, voice tech, and developer tools.
  • Bonus: experience using tools like HubSpot, Sellsy, Notion, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.
