Commercial Assistant - Ellesmere Port

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant to join us at Ellesmere Port!

Local labour preferred, however, not essential.

Fixed-term project contract for approximately 12 - 18 months.

Main Activities:

• Provision of relevant administrative support to the team
• Producing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
• Managing filing systems
• Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases
• Performing administrative and commercial tasks as needed
• Raising and processing sub-contracting applications
• Providing support to the site Quantity Surveyor
• Payroll processing
• Managing sub-contractor documentation
• Attending site meetings when required

Qualifications / Experience:

• Relevant experience in administration gained within a busy environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
• Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high degree of efficiency
