Your Role:

Are you a dynamic and customer-focused Automation and Robotics Expert ready to make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical sector? Join our innovative EMEA commercial team and lead the charge in expanding microbiology applications with our cutting-edge solutions. In this pivotal role, you will blend your technical expertise with a strong business acumen to drive sales and foster exceptional customer experiences. You will take the reins of the entire sales and application process for our Rapid, Automation, and Robotics Solutions, guiding customers seamlessly from pre-sales to post-sales support. This is your opportunity to showcase your troubleshooting skills and strategic mindset while achieving ambitious sales targets. You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that our solutions exceed customer expectations.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • You bring at least 5 years of commercial experience in sales within the life sciences industry, particularly in automation/robotics or microbiology applications, and have a track record of managing high-value complex sales.
  • You have skills in service and technical support, being able to follow up and assist customers all along the buying cycle and after sales.
  • You possess a solid understanding of microbiology and automation/robotics technologies used in pharmaceutical QC applications.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience; fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
  • You are a problem-solver who can identify customer needs, propose innovative solutions, influence and resolve issues effectively.
  • You are willing to travel up to 80% of the time within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events, showcasing your commitment to customer engagement and success.
