Qualifications

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzanalyse oder Kostenkontrolle.

To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Commercial Agreements Controller (H/F)! This position will be located in La Madeleine (near Lille).

You will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring various commercial agreements in the USA and Europe.
  2. Performing all controlling & financial activities coordination related to the commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with the contracts.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Monitoring on a monthly basis the costs and income related to the commercial agreements, analyzing actual costs and variance vs Budget and vs initial Business Plan and raising alerts in case of deviations.
  2. Calculating the amounts to be invoiced to the service recipient according to each contract, with the appropriate cost allocation (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and providing the rationale for the true-up invoices.
  3. Controlling, challenging and ensuring the invoices received are in line with the agreement and expected costs.
  4. Acting as a single finance point of contact for the relationship with the partner and sharing the requested information with the governance body in place.
  5. Building, in collaboration with the governance body, the governance process with the partner for the forecasting & budgeting process.
  6. Providing to the Group the budgeting and forecast inputs in alignment with the assumptions shared by and with the partner.
  7. Sharing with the partner any standard costs updates within the year.
  8. Working closely with the plant costs analysts to understand the cost rationale of each plant and drive for costing methodology improvements and data quality when needed.
  9. In collaboration with the Group key stakeholders, building and monitoring the Pharma transfer pricing model.
  10. In the longer term, and according to the evolution of these agreements, the missions may be completed by additional controlling tasks such as other commercial agreements within Roquette.

What will we love about you?

You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to monitor costs, analyze variances, and provide insightful financial analysis.

You possess a good understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly in relation to manufacturing controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders.

But also:

  • Master’s degree in Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or a similar finance role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, as we are an international company.
