NAVIRIS is seeking a Combat System Specialist in Ollioules, France.

The partnership has a history of successful projects, including the Horizon air defense destroyer and the FREMM multi-mission frigate programs.

Activities and Responsibilities

The Combat System Specialist will be part of NAVIRIS's EPC team, focusing on the European Patrol Corvette project for various European navies. This involves coordinating with multiple industrial partners, including major European shipyards and equipment suppliers.

The specialist will serve as the Combat System expert within the team, contributing to design, integration, and verification of high-quality deliverables related to the Combat System, including modeling, physical, and functional integration. Coordination with partners and subcontractors through technical meetings and design reviews is essential.

Required experience includes polyvalent knowledge of CS integration, CSPI (mechanical, fluid, electrical), and testing of Combat System components on naval vessels. Familiarity with technical specifications, standards, and materials is necessary.

The role also involves performing system engineering tasks and requirements management within the scope of CSPI activities, such as developing requirements, building IVV sequences, and reporting compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Systems, Auxiliary Systems, or Electrical Systems Engineering
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing); knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
