Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a detail‑oriented Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately appraising vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all customer interactions, inform customers and insurers, and collaborate with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, DRP experience, and willingness to complete I‑CAR training. A valid driver’s license is essential for this on‑site position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Support team during daily production walks and meetings.
