Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling – Engage potential clients via phone, introduce services, and spark interest
  2. Appointment Setting – Schedule qualified sales meetings for the sales team
  3. Cold Email Campaigns – Develop & execute targeted email outreach strategies
  4. Lead Research – Identify & build high-quality lists of potential clients & decision-makers
  5. CRM Management – Track interactions & ensure seamless follow-ups

Ideal Profile & Requirements:

  1. Fluent in German & English (spoken & written)
  2. Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a marketing agency)
  3. Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
  4. Self-motivated & proactive – You love driving growth and making an impact
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
