Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you serve as a team expert in frontend implementation; emphasis on Java programming, clean code principles, and testing culture; including, diagnosing problems, getting around limitations, and creating efficiency and optimization to do things that will drive the platform’s capabilities. Actively participate in product feature and design discussions to help shape products, in addition to providing guidance to the frontend development team.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience

Experience in:

• API development, distributed, service-oriented, event-driven architectures
• Spring, Play Framework, Angular 2+
• Java, TypeScript, JavaScript
• DynamoDB, Redis, SQL, Elasticsearch, Kinesis
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate team members
• Good communications skills in English
