Ce rôle crucial implique la formation des équipes, la facilitation des cérémonies Agile et la résolution d'obstacles. Les candidats doivent posséder une solide expérience en Agile avec des qualités de communication et de résolution de conflits.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 7 ans ou plus dans un rôle de coach Agile.
• Capacité à entraîner et à coacher des équipes sur des pratiques Agile.

Responsabilités

• Implémenter des méthodologies Agile au sein des équipes projet.
• Former et encadrer des équipes sur les pratiques Agile, incluant Scrum et Kanban.
• Faciliter les sessions de planification, les révisions de sprint et les rétrospectives.

We are recruiting for one of our clients a Agile Coach, available immediately. This professional will be responsible for:

• Implementing and promoting agile methodologies within project teams.
• Training and mentoring teams on Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitating planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assisting teams in resolving blockers to improve development process flow.
• Collaborating with project managers to align Agile methodologies with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate the adoption of Agile practices within teams to enhance productivity and collaboration.
