CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation and coordination of tools and projects supporting the Shipping division’s decarbonization trajectory. You will work with business, technical and functional teams to ensure delivery aligned with the Group’s CO2 monitoring objectives and to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Engineer or University degree in project management, or a related field.
• Project management certifications (e.g., AGILE, SAFe) are an advantage.
• A minimum of 7 years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Data process knowledge.
• Previous experience in the shipping industry or in complex organization.
• Decarbonation knowledge.
• Solid experience in project management (incl. Product Owner skills).
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• English and French fluent.
• Knowledge of BI technologies and tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Align CO2 tools across CMA CGM apps for features and data consistency.
• Align CO2 monitoring processes between CMA CGM tools.
• Provide studies with risk analysis and action plans.
• Coordinate with business, technical and functional teams.
• Provide regular project reports to stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Manage and supervise multiple projects.
• Define objectives, deadlines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables quality.
• Create presentation materials for status reports and demos.
