GUESS stores seek an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at Store 5922 in Anjou. You will recruit, train, and coach associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards and inventory controls.

The role requires a minimum of two years managing a team, strong reporting skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts. You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with management to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of managerial experience with a proven track record for driving sales and developing a team.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment & retention: network, hire, develop, and retain staff to support store profiles and succession planning.
• Training completion: ensure associates complete training per guidelines.
• Leadership by example: train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience.
• Customer service: maintain high customer service levels through coaching and follow-up.
• Visual merchandising: execute standards, promotions, and keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized.
• Sales goals: meet or exceed profitability targets for store performance.
• Strategic execution: create and implement strategies to maximize sales and control expenses.
• Payroll management: meet payroll expectations.
• Loss prevention: protect assets and follow loss-prevention measures.
• Policy compliance: adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Decision making: exercise sound judgment.
• Communication: maintain excellent communication.
