Job summary

Oxymetal recherche un opérateur de pliage pour travailler sur machine CNC et réaliser l’assemblage des pièces selon les plans techniques. Le candidat gérera le réglage, les essais et le contrôle qualité afin d’assurer la conformité des éléments plissés selon les exigences clients.

Le poste demande une autonomie, de la rigueur et une expérience en milieu industriel. Le poste prévoit un engagement à temps plein avec des horaires adaptés et des opportunités de formation continue au sein d’OxyMetal.

Qualifications

• Lecture ou interprétation de plans industriels.
• Maîtrise des techniques de pliage sur presse CNC.
• Utilisation d'instruments de contrôle et de mesure.

Responsibilities

• Analyser les documents et dessins techniques.
• Identifier les outils nécessaires au pliage.
• Paramétrer et programmer la presse CNC.
• Réaliser les essais et ajustements pré-production.
• Veiller à ce que les pièces correspondent aux exigences client.
• Vérifier les dimensions et la conformité avec les tolérances.
• Effectuer la maintenance de premier niveau sur l’équipement.
• Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et de qualité.

Job description

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work completely independently at your workstation and will be responsible, in particular, for:

• Analyze manufacturing documents and technical drawings.
• Identify the tools needed for bending operations and ensure they are installed on the machine.
• Adjust and program CNC press brakes.
• Conduct the necessary tests and make any necessary adjustments before starting production.
• Ensure that parts are bent in accordance with customer requirements.
• Check the dimensions and conformity of parts using appropriate metrology equipment.
• Perform first-level maintenance on your equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines and production standards.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have a technical degree such as A CAP, BEP, or vocational high school diploma in boilermaking, metal structures, industrial sheet metal work, or the fabrication of boiler-made structures.

You have initial, successful experience in a similar position in an industrial setting.

• Reading and interpreting industrial drawings.
• Proficiency in bending techniques on CNC press brakes.
• Use of control and measurement instruments.
