Oxymetal is seeking a motivated Finishing Operator to join our team in France. You will load and unload equipment, perform deburring, grinding, and other finishing tasks with precision on a 2x8 shift. Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines, ensure proper packaging, and report quantities in the ERP system.

The role emphasizes quality checks and maintaining a clean workstation. We offer a friendly atmosphere, development opportunities, profit-sharing, bonuses, and support for relocation

• Detail-oriented with a precise approach to finishing tasks.
• Industrial setting experience or familiarity with machine tools is a plus.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely.

Responsabilités

Your main responsibilities:

• Load and unload production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform manual finishing operations (de-burring, grinding, etc.) with precision.
• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines (pre-calibrated machines).
• Ensure that finished or semi-finished products are packaged in accordance with established standards.
• Report production quantities and complete reports in the ERP system.
• Conduct quality checks during production and keep the workstation clean and in good working order (Level 1 maintenance).
