Avaliance is seeking a Configuration Manager in France to drive CMDB integrity across multi-sector digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with Cloud, Data, Cyber, and Consulting teams to ensure accurate CMDB data and effective change governance.

Ideal candidates will have ITIL/ITSM expertise, strong CMDB structure skills, and experience with CMDB-integrated ITSM tools such as EasyVista or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Strong command of ITIL / ITSM best practices, particularly Configuration Management.
• Ability to structure and maintain a usable and reliable CMDB.
• Experience with Pre-CAB / CAB preparation and facilitation.
• Understanding of interactions between CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with ITSM tools integrating a CMDB (EasyVista, ServiceNow, or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Maintain an up-to-date, consistent, and reliable CMDB.
• Improve the quality of impact analyses during changes and contribute to the change management process.
• Implement regular CMDB quality controls and audits.
• Enhance the efficiency of the Change process through better control of CIs.
