Ledger, the global platform for digital assets, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Wallet team in ensuring scalable backend services across Ledger Live and Enterprise platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive roadmaps, and own delivery in a polyglot stack (TypeScript, Scala) with high throughput and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing backend engineering teams in a product-driven environment.
• Strong background in backend systems and architecture.
• Experience operating services at scale with high availability.
• Comfort with polyglot stacks (TypeScript, Scala) and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-team dependencies without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Cloud Wallet team, owning hiring, onboarding and performance management.
• Own the team's roadmap and PI planning commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain observability, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response readiness for production systems.
• Architect for scale and reliability across a polyglot stack with high throughput.
• Champion CI/CD, testing, and code review standards across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align requirements and delivery.
