Customer Centricity - Be the Voice Of the customer: Lead the team in proactively acting as the voice of the customer/partner, sharing ideas, feedback, insights, and guidance to drive outstanding customer experiences. Leverage Solution Area expertise to deliver outcomes aligned with customer's objectives. Coach your teams to share success stories and strategic/technical input with Engineering teams, Product Offerings teams, and internal communities. Regularly visit customers and build trusted relationships aligned with CSAM and ATU teams' powermaps and customer priorities. Attend CSA presentations and remediations, and monitor Client Satisfaction on Deliveries.

Be the Trusted Advisor: Lead the team in identifying customer/partner challenges and aligning business applications or process-oriented solutions with Microsoft’s product strategy, especially on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365. Drive customer ROI across solutions. Coach on building relationships with technical and business decision makers. Lead and elevate interactions with C-suite roles to address security, compliance, and risk needs, involving experts as needed.

Deliver Customer Satisfaction: Drive the team to focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery, ensuring a seamless and connected customer experience. Deliver Business Impact by driving consumption and usage through Unified Support Plans. Support complex customer readiness and goals using proven practices. Apply change management to drive adoption, satisfaction, and usage. Design well-architected solutions to boost retention and growth.

You will:

  1. Drive BACV and PACV through usage expansion.
  2. Grow Enhanced Solutions.
  3. Take Customers through the Copilot Journey and transform business processes with Agents.
  4. Maintain the health of existing customers vigilantly.
  5. Resolve blockers with urgency: anticipate, identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers to accelerate deployment and usage. Coach on applying broad business, technical, industry, and enterprise knowledge to architecture or support projects to meet business and IT requirements.
  6. Identify opportunities: for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion, especially in Enhanced Solutions, by communicating Microsoft’s value proposition. Capture opportunities in systems, processes, and tools, working across the organization.
  7. Execute with Operational Excellence & Agility: operate according to standards throughout all sales stages, especially on usage excellence to secure renewals and drive upsell.

Technical Leadership - Focus on Continuous Upskilling & Improvement: Lead the team to identify and communicate delivery gaps, improve products, IP, and processes for scalable solutions. Contribute to Microsoft’s frameworks and methodologies. Develop local thought leadership and innovation.

Engage in Communities: Drive v-teams, share insights across Microsoft, and apply architectural knowledge in a competitive context. Participate in industry events, contribute to IP in emerging areas like AI, and share learnings internally.

Qualifications (Text Only)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND relevant cloud/infrastructure experience OR Master’s Degree with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects or teams.
  • Technical certifications in Cloud (AI, M365, Azure, AWS, Google, Security).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Applications technologies, including D365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, M365, SharePoint, Teams, and Employee Experience Solutions.
  • People management experience, including managing consultants, practice managers, or technical architects.
