Novatraqr Sàrl in France is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to operate, secure, and optimize multi-cloud Azure and AWS environments. You will work within a platform team to build reliable cloud foundations that comply with financial regulations.

The role involves ensuring the scalability of cloud services, managing incidents, designing IaC pipelines, and embedding security controls. The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Computer Science or a related field and has strong expertise in Kubernetes and observability stacks.

Qualifications

• Expert on AKS, App Service, Azure DevOps, Bicep; confirmed on EKS, Lambda, CDK.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD and observability stacks.
• Regulated environment experience (DORA, ACPR, PCI‑DSS) appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Ensure availability and scalability of Azure and AWS environments.
• Define and track SLO/SLI/SLA, manage P1/P2 incidents.
• Design and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines.
• Embed security controls in pipelines: SAST, DAST, container scans.
• Run the FinOps practice: rightsizing, cost reporting.
• Maintain compliance with PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR.

Operate, secure and optimise multi-cloud Azure and AWS environments inside a Platform Engineering team, on regulated financial workloads.

A platform team building reliable, observable cloud foundations that meet financial-sector regulations.

Missions

• Ensure availability and scalability of Azure (AKS, App Service) and AWS (EKS, ECS, RDS) environments.
• Define and track SLO/SLI/SLA, manage P1/P2 incidents on rotation, write blameless post-mortems.
• Design and evolve IaC pipelines (Terraform, Bicep) in GitOps.
• Embed security controls in pipelines: SAST, DAST, container scans, secrets management.
• Run the FinOps practice: rightsizing, reserved instances, cost reporting per BU.
• Maintain PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance.

Profil

• MSc in Computer Science / Networks / Cloud.
• Expert on AKS, App Service, Azure DevOps, Bicep; confirmed on EKS, Lambda, CDK.
• Strong on Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD and observability stacks (Prometheus, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Welcomed certifications: AZ‑104/305, AWS SAA/SAP, CKA, Terraform Associate.
• Regulated environment experience (DORA, ACPR, PCI‑DSS) appreciated.
