The Opportunity

As a Cloud Native Specialist at Nutanix, you will be an essential part of our Modern Applications and Data Go-to-Market team. About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be part of the Cloud Native team within the Nutanix Cloud Platform (NKP). This global team is at the forefront of deploying Kubernetes solutions, working with both existing and new customers. The environment is innovative, collaborative, and focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Reporting to the Modern Apps & Data Sales Leader, this role is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The position may involve significant travel to cover a large territory, providing opportunities to engage directly with clients, build relationships, and gain insights into customer needs.

Your Role

  • Develop a strategic regional plan tailored to customer needs to effectively sell Cloud Native solutions.
  • Create, qualify, negotiate, and close business opportunities to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build trusted relationships at all organizational levels within large government environments.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate them to product, support, and executive teams.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Respond promptly to RFPs and follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including partners, to close new business and ensure customer success.

What You Will Bring

  • 3 to 10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably with experience in working with partners.
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions within existing accounts.
  • Strong expertise in selling Nutanix products and services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
