Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Security to own the foundation of our global platform. You will lead two teams—Cloud Infrastructure (DevOps/SRE) and Security—responsible for reliability, cost-efficiency and security posture across production.

You will set roadmaps, KPIs, guardrails, and drive unified operating models with product teams. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading infra/security, strong cloud and IaC experience (AWS,

Qualifications

8+ years in engineering, with 5+ years leading infrastructure, platform, or security teams.
Proven experience managing multiple teams or functions, including hiring and developing senior engineers.
Deep expertise in public cloud (AWS strongly preferred), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Track record establishing reliability practice at scale — SLOs, incident management, capacity planning.
Cloud cost optimisation/FinOps results at meaningful scale.
Experience with GDPR, DORA, PCI DSS, NIS2 and turning requirements into practical controls.

Responsabilités

Lead, grow and retain two teams — Cloud Infrastructure and Security — with senior, high-leverage engineers.
Define a joint roadmap for both teams aligned to business priorities and risk appetite.
Establish KPIs, SLOs and risk metrics; report on reliability, cost and security posture.
Set operating model for product teams behind guardrails vs. central ownership.
Foster a culture of shared accountability for reliability and security.
