Excelya is seeking a motivated Clinical Trial Assistant to join its Clinical Operations team in Paris. The role involves overseeing clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with protocols and building relationships with study investigators.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in clinical research or clinical trial support.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational support to clinical study teams.
• Manage and maintain Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF).
• Prepare, collect, and track essential study documents.
• Support site start-up activities and document collection.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, CROs, and investigational sites.
