Position

Our Cardiovascular and Specialty Solutions division is seeking a Clinical Team Leader Electrophysiology (H/F), ideally based in the Pays de la Loire region.

Responsibilities

1. Team Management and Development: Responsible for recruiting, managing, training, and developing your team of application engineers. Tasks include ongoing training, new hire integration, performance evaluation, and development plans.
2. Partnership Development with KOLs and Key Clients: Implement regional strategies in collaboration with Sales Directors, Commercial Teams, and Application Engineers. Activities include innovative initiatives to meet sales goals, product presentations, clinical project follow-ups, and support for new center openings.
3. Collaboration with Marketing and Other Clinical Team Leaders: Work closely with marketing and fellow CTLs on regional clinical strategy, including sharing regional updates, clinical trial information, training plans, and participating in regional meetings.

Estimated Distribution of Tasks

• 40% Clinical procedures at accounts
• 40% Coaching procedures, balancing junior and senior engineers
• 20% Other activities (roadshows, clinical project follow-ups, regional meetings, marketing collaborations)

Candidate Profile

• Senior clinical support experience in electrophysiology with good understanding of high-tech medical procedures
• Pedagogical, with the ability to explain complex technical topics simply and enjoy sharing knowledge
• Recognized for a proactive approach, leadership, and team spirit
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Team spirit, curiosity, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset
