Our Cardiovascular and Specialty Solutions entity is currently seeking a Clinical Team Leader Electrophysiology (H/F), preferably based in the Pays de la Loire region. What will be your responsibilities?
Team management and development: You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, training, and developing your team of application engineers, including ongoing training, evaluation, and creating development plans.
Partnership development with KOLs and key clients: You will actively participate in deploying regional strategies, developing innovative activities, presenting new products, supporting clinical projects, and assisting with new center openings.
Collaboration with Marketing and other CTLs: You will work closely with marketing and other CTLs on clinical strategy deployment, sharing regional updates, marketing needs, and training plans, and participating in the France Clinical Team Leader team.
