The Clinical Specialist (VASER-EMEA) is responsible for supporting current and new accounts and participating in activities related to the commercial sale of Solta’s VASER surgical products to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team and distributors in developing effective territory coverage and account identification to drive sales and expand the customer base for VASER.
2. Provide presentations and demonstrations to customers on the application and use of VASER, employing effective communication and training techniques.
3. Educate customers regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of VASER, and how it can enhance patient outcomes and improve surgeons’ practices.
4. Install and provide in-service training on products as required or appropriate.
5. Support and facilitate regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory.
6. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
7. Develop and maintain productive relationships at all organizational levels.
8. Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines as part of business operations.
9. Maintain regular communication with the Director of Sales and Senior Management regarding territory matters.
10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and uphold high standards of integrity, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism in representing Solta.

The minimum requirements:

1. Experience as a plastic surgery scrub nurse or surgical technician.
2. Understanding of liposuction techniques, ideally VASER.
3. Effective oral and written communication skills with all organizational levels.
4. Ability to deliver persuasive technical presentations to physicians, management, and large groups.
5. Capacity to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes of VASER using professional presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in word processing, database applications, and software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
8. Knowledge of FDA GMPs and ability to operate within a regulated environment.
