Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Masimo products in assigned territory
- Serve as an expert in pulse oximetry, pulse CO-Oximetry, Brain Function Monitoring, and Connectivity Solutions, and be an authority on the clinical impact of patient monitoring solutions.
- Educate Masimo customers on our products and solutions.
- Develop research accounts and conduct clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology.
- Provide reliable and clinically trustworthy information to customers and team members.
- Train new and potential users, transferring knowledge effectively.
- Stay updated with new clinical research and papers related to the market.
- Collaborate with the team and partners to promote sales and market penetration of Masimo products.
- Participate in planning and executing Key Account Sales programs with the team and distributors.
- Position Masimo SET as the standard for pulse oximetry through awareness programs.
- Coordinate with Distribution Managers on product design, regulatory, and production needs.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge, demonstrate products, compare with competitors, and train sales force and end-users, utilizing PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse/Respiratory Therapist preferred; other disciplines considered based on experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years in critical care, NICU, PICU, O.R., or emergency medical experience, with neonatal and pediatric experience highly advantageous.
- Prior sales or clinical support experience preferred.
- Native French speaker with a good level of English.
- Proficient in PC use and highly organized.
- Experience in customer interactions and presentations.
- Educational or research background preferred.
- Independent problem solver with leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an innovative, fast-paced clinical and business development team.
