Clinical Site Ambassador
Remote throughout France

In collaboration with the Client, the Clinical Site Ambassador (CSA) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the site. The CSA acts as the main point of contact for the site and must be knowledgeable about all aspects of the site’s capabilities and structure, becoming an expert on their sites. Additionally, the CSA will perform all site management and monitoring activities at clinical site(s). The CSA ensures that clinical studies are conducted in accordance with study protocols, SOPs, plans, and relevant regulations, legislation, and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary contact for assigned sites throughout the study lifecycle, including feasibility, startup, document management, and post-study activities, supporting internal teams such as Safety/Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, and Clinical Trial Supply.
2. Ensure proper conduct of clinical studies and monitor activities across one or multiple countries.
3. Prioritize subject safety and confidentiality.
4. Guarantee the quality and reliability of data collected from sites and participate in quality control processes.
5. Ensure study conduct compliance with protocols, ICH GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
6. Identify and resolve issues at assigned study sites.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of monitoring or related clinical research experience; industry certification preferred.
2. For countries outside US and Canada, at least 2 years supporting RA/CA and IRB/EC submissions and regulatory document start-up activities.
3. Willingness to travel up to 80% depending on project needs.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Role may be office-based, home-based, or field-based with occasional visits to the company office.

Qualifications:

1. Degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or related health/medical fields preferred. Other degrees or certifications considered based on experience.
