Our Team:

  • The remit of the Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) team at Sanofi is to incorporate the patients’ perspective into clinical research through Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).
  • The COA team is part of Sanofi’s Global R&D, reporting to the Patient-Informed Development & Health Value Translation department.
  • Activities include developing disease models, selecting and validating COA instruments, and preparing regulatory documents.

Main responsibilities:

The COA Lead:

  • Defines COA endpoint strategies for specific programs, assets, or indications.
  • Contributes to patient-centric value messaging and strategic planning for innovative products.
  • Advises on the development and use of COA instruments, manages research projects, and prepares scientific documentation.

Additional activities:

  • Leads organizational initiatives, advocates for COA methodologies, mentors junior scientists, and promotes innovative approaches.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in COA within Pharma/CRO/Consultancy, with a proven track record.
  • Knowledge of drug development and regulatory environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Education:

  • Advanced degree in relevant fields such as psychology, epidemiology, biostatistics, etc.

Languages: Fluent in professional English.
