You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Promote the success of clinical trials focused on creating value for patients and research teams by actively contributing or leading communities and work product teams
  2. Participate as a sponsor of the Community of Practice Regulatory and Submission
  3. Be a member of the Community Agreement and Fair Market Value
  4. Contribute to the Community Digitalization, Decentralization, and Data Privacy
  5. Oversee Work Product Onboarding
  6. Manage Site Activation processes
  7. Actively contribute to all stages for deployment of clinical studies in various therapeutic areas by developing strategies to ensure the success of clinical trial programs, including thorough planning, effective site recruitment, and transparent communication
  8. Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and address emerging needs
  9. Promote patient orientation within all Clinical Operations
  10. Inspire and develop talent within the team
  11. Develop partnerships and collaborative approaches with internal and external stakeholders, creating alignment and removing barriers while applying innovative working methods to achieve company goals
  12. Enable teams to perform at their best by fostering a growth mindset and maximizing talent development

III. Profile

  • Pharmacist, engineer, science graduate, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical operations
  • Proven project management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, including remote management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships within study teams and with international staff
  • Experience managing and supervising external contractors (CROs)
  • Proactive risk identification and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Willingness and ability to travel
