Une entreprise de premier plan recherche un responsable des relations avec les médecins pour gérer une base de données de prescripteurs et établir des relations avec de nouveaux clients. Les responsabilités incluent l'organisation d'ateliers, la formation des clients en Europe et la collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs. Le poste requiert un Bac+3 ou plus, une expérience clinique, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
Salary & Benefits : €5,000 / month (fixed package, including allowances, negotiable under specific conditions). Travel expenses covered by the company.
Job Responsibilities :
Organize and maintain an updated database of doctors / prescribers.
Categorize doctors by specialty, region, and prescription influence etc.
Define clear milestones for clinical activities (Clinical Roadmap Development)
Reach to targeted doctors for meetings to brand in markets on regular bases.
Organize workshops and seminars in France to promote product awareness.
Establish relationships with UNREACHED KOLs and other prescribers.
Develop in-depth knowledge of BMC products and provide training to European clients (e.g., doctors, healthcare institutions).
Support Sales Manager to build up relationship with UNREACHED customers in markets.
Attend medical congresses and exhibitions across Europe to identify business opportunities.
Collect market information, including and not limited to Customers, Products, Competitors, Doctors.
Collaborate closely with company’s sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
Submit weekly progress reports to the direct supervisor and address urgent market demands.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above; fluency in both English and French (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in the ventilator industry (experience with ResMed, or other competitors is preferred).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
Flexible schedule with frequent travel across Europe (mainly France) as per customer and event demands.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in sleep apnea therapy devices or other medical devices (sales / comercial background).
Familiarity with the French healthcare market and HCP engagement models.
