Job Description Summary

The Clinical Education Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that promote our clinical education programs and drive engagement with our Imaging customers.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare and education, who can effectively communicate the value of our programs to a diverse audience. They will influence region and modality stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

A successful candidate is a great communicator, skilled at collaboration and creating alignment. They should have a customer-centered approach, be able to position and differentiate offerings, and drive exceptional execution and ROI for new launches and campaigns.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Clinical Education & embed our programs throughout the lifecycle of GE HealthCare products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing and clinical experts, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
3. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media in collaboration with the MarCom team.
4. Influence the development of the Clinical Education strategy through analysis of market trends, industry peers and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and educational offerings, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation of marketing strategies.
6. Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to support marketing initiatives.
7. Oversee the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all marketing activities.
9. Collaborate with regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on local business needs and enable successful marketing campaigns.

1. Serve as a link between the International Clinical Education community and the Regional Marketing, MarCom, Digital & Analytics teams.
2. Ensure Clinical Education is represented across the business.
3. Support the Operations & business needs of the Clinical Education department.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. 5 years minimum experience marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
3. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with colleagues and customers at all levels.
4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, website and content management systems.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
7. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
8. Passion for continuous improvement, value creation, and strategic approaches.
9. Fluent in English (Other languages desirable).
