Greenly is seeking a driven SDR to accelerate growth across Europe from Paris. You will identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, understand needs, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives, driving a predictable outbound engine.

You will map ICPs, master multi-channel outreach, and maintain a clean CRM while collaborating with the sales team to exceed targets and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-time sales experience with outbound calling.
• Interest in ESG/climate transition and learning fast about the sector.
• Love talking to prospects with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and clear needs rephrasing.
• Structured, organized, and rigorous in managing time and pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market.
• Master outreach across channels: calls, emails, LinkedIn, events.
• Deliver strong pitches and adapt messaging to prospect needs.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks.
• Maintain CRM cleanliness and track KPIs with ownership.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy.
• Contribute to scripts, processes, and tool improvements.
