Your missions

Objective of the Position: The goal of this role is to develop and oversee the monetization tracking of Climate offers within Tereos. This involves coordinating across multiple departments such as MOM / IBP, supply chain, sales, controlling, and industrial operations to ensure comprehensive tracking and management.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clients, offers, reservoirs, budgets, and the mid-term plan (PMT).
  • Contribute to constructing the Climate budget and PMT.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Climate, Climate Sales Leads, operational support teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure coordination.
Main Missions
  • Participate in all routines of the Climate performance management system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align commercial actions and tracking objectives.
  • Track development of Climate offers by client, business line, and offer type.
  • Implement KPIs and integrate them into Tereos' CRM system.
  • Develop specific tools as needed, including Climate premium calculation tools for sales teams.
  • Ensure management of Climate sales aligns with standards and provides effective reporting.
Your profile
  • 5 years of experience in CSR, decarbonization, and regenerative agriculture.
  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM and back-office tools such as Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills.
