Jobtailor is seeking a client-focused professional in Paris to lead account management for SaaS clients, driving strategic initiatives across Ratings, Reviews, and Social Commerce programs.

Responsibilities include deep client discovery, aligning goals with Bazaarvoice activities, and mitigating renewal churn with cross-functional teams. Fluency in French and professional English are mandatory, with a Bac +5 degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing clients in SaaS.
• French native or very fluent is mandatory.
• Complete English professional capacity is mandatory.
• Bac +5 – Business School Degree profile.
• Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce and Gainsight) and AI tools.
