A leading luxury goods company in Paris is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to drive client-centric strategies across its Maisons. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and setting impactful KPIs. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of consulting experience, strong marketing knowledge, and excellent analytical skills. Fluency in French and English is required.

The Client Strategy Manager reports directly to the Client Strategy Director and will take part in all strategic advisory missions of the Client Marketing department and support the Group’s Maisons in the design and the execution of relevant & meaningful luxury client experiences.

As a Client Strategy Manager, your mission will be to understand Maisons & Market key challenges, help Maisons set a clear vision and define their client strategy, formulate recommendations and translate them into feasible action plans, measure the impact and iterate on solutions provided if needed.
As a Client Strategy Manager you possess a unique blend of client strategy and CX expertise.
This role requires the ability to interact with a large variety of stakeholders from front line staff to senior leadership.
This role demands a critical and strategic thinking, fully aware of emerging trends in both business strategy and CX to ensure seamless integration of client strategies into broader business strategies.

Preliminary qualifications
You will be part of the Richemont Group Marketing Department working closely with all Richemont Maisons and corporate departments. You will be joining the Client Marketing practice that leads the Client centricity transformation.
You will integrate a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, forward thinking & experienced team blending activation, Client & Sales Experience, Marketing Science, Data & AI, etc.
This experience will provide you a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of client data use cases & priorities within the luxury industry.
