Your Impact :

Client Solutions Associates are vital to FactSet's value proposition. They promote product usage, adoption, and reduce cancellations by building strong client relationships, developing client-focused processes, and providing training. They gather feedback for Product Development and serve as trusted advisors, maintaining FactSet's reputation for world-class support.

What You’ll Do :

Through direct contact, you will build relationships with financial industry leaders, understand their workflows, and develop solutions. After training, you will combine knowledge of the FactSet system with finance and technology to:

• Partner with clients to understand their business and provide solutions using FactSet products
• Support FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes
• Lead product training sessions in client offices and seminars

These roles expand your knowledge of financial markets and client management, without providing financial advice or management consulting.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, a client-centric mindset, and teamwork skills are essential.

Other Experience :

• Experience or desire to work in a client-facing support role
• Proficiency with new technology
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Masters' Degree conferred by September 2025
