Responsabilités

• Act as trusted point of contact for clients, managing enquiries with professionalism and ownership.
• Oversee onboarding, transfers, capital calls and other lifecycle events for Alternative Investments.
• Ensure timely, accurate client reporting and collaborate with internal teams and service providers.
• Maintain reliable client data in internal systems and monitor third-party service quality.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, combining client focus, operational excellence and strong coordination skills to support clients throughout their investment journey, including:
  • Providing high-quality day-to-day support to clients by managing enquiries with professionalism, responsiveness and ownership, while ensuring clear, reliable and transparent communication.
  • Managing key client operations, including onboarding, transfers, capital calls, and other important lifecycle events across Alternative Investments.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and high quality client reporting.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver smooth, efficient and reliable operational outcomes for clients.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and expected standards of conduct.
• Maintaining reliable client data in internal systems.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business and with external partners, including fund administrators, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Close monitoring of the quality of service provided by third parties.
• Contributing to projects aimed at enhancing the client journey and improving operational efficiency.

WORKING AT BNP MEANS

• An annual fixed salary paid over 12 months, adjusted according to your profile and experience.
• Additionally, there will be an individual annual variable compensation, linked to the achievement of individual and collective objectives, and based on the company's results and profitability and pro-rated according to your workload and attendance.
