As a Client Service & Sales Support, you will report to the Head of Client Services and be part of the AXA IM PRIME business unit.

AXA IM Prime is a Private Market Enabler and Hedge Funds platform offering diversified private market returns across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will work closely with the Product & Sales team to improve and automate sales and client service processes.

Product focus: Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt, and Hedge Funds.

Our global presence includes offices in Paris, Germany, Japan, and Italy, serving clients such as sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurance companies, and family offices.

Your role and responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Salesforce tool and digital automation for sales activity optimization and reporting, including structuring the tool and working with internal teams on automation and AI enhancements.
  • Assisting sales in defining target investor lists using various databases.
  • Mastering AXA IM Prime’s automated marketing updates via Eloqua and maintaining distribution lists.
  • Supporting investor coverage and third-party marketing teams by sending materials and answering inquiries.
  • Maintaining investor contacts, meeting reports, and deal pipelines in CRM.
  • Preparing sales activity reports and presentations for management and client meetings.

As a backup of the Client Service team:

  • Filtering RFP sites to identify potential RFPs and structuring this analysis.
  • Supporting the structuring of responses to RFPs and due diligence meetings, contributing to content on AXA IM Prime’s expertise.
  • Participating in client onboarding processes and monitoring fund report deliveries.
  • Assisting in referencing strategies and funds on consultant databases.

Education / Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, finance, or economics.

Experience / Skills

  • At least one year of experience in asset management or finance.
  • Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, VBA, and interested in AI tools.
  • Solution-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Creative thinking and ability to work independently in a small, high-visibility environment.
  • Quick learner, curious, with the ability to grasp complex concepts.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Structured approach with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across teams.
